Challenge
The Product development of Finnvalli was not keeping up with the growth rate of the business. The company wanted to improve its product development by developing its own software production. Finnvalli wanted uniform processes and tools in its operating environment to serve the development. Finnvalli was also interested in the move to agile development and an update of software development tools. Finnvalli chose Contribyte as its partner in the change project.
